"Your Best Ever pears have been a big hit in New York.  I brought them in to my editors at Gourmet and The New York Times and to many of my "foodie" friends, and everyone so far has raved about them.  I love the balance of sweetness and acidity, and the texture.  As for the Comice, I felt they were best eaten peeled.  I think they'll be a big hit in New York when you have enough production to ship them.  I hope the time will come that I'll do a premium pear article from the Northwest and visit your farm."
